HotelNet Reservations

You speak with a customer service representative regarding making a new reservation by calling 1-800-364-1528. This phone number will only work for hotels in the HotelNet Reservations section. HotelNet Reservations hotels are pre-paid wholesale rooms.

The hotel will not receive your reservation until 48 hours prior to check-in, but be assured that if you have received a confirmation number, you do have a confirmed reservation, but the hotel just doesn't have your details in their system. You can look-up, make changes or cancel your reservation on-line using our on-line customer service. There may be a fee to change or cancel an existing reservation.

Hotel Discount Directory

Hotel Discount Directory hotels (With the exception of hotels indicated as HotelNet Reservations hotels), are booked through the international travel agent GDS system, directly with the hotel.

All Hotel Discount Directory bookings must be initiated on-line. You will have the opportunity to make special requests or select special payment options.

Hotels will not receive your reservation until approximately 24-48 hours after booking. If you've received a confirmation number, rest assured, the room is booked, the hotel just hasn't input your details into their system yet. Changes or cancellations should be made following the instructions provided with you confirmation. Once the hotel has received your reservation, you can contact the hotel directly with changes or cancellations.

Your credit card, provided when making the reservation, is used to guarantee your room, but you will not be charged until check in. You will be charged directly by the hotel upon check-in.

Cancellation policies varies by hotel. In most cases, you can cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation period without penalty. The hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card for non-cancelled unconsumed bookings.

Car Rental

Car rentals are booked through the international travel agent GDS system, directly with the car rental agency.

All car rental bookings must be initiated on-line. You will have the opportunity to make special requests or select special payment options.

The car rental agency will not receive your reservation until approximately 48 hours after booking. Changes or cancellations should be made following the instructions provided with you confirmation. Once the car rental agency has received your reservation, you can contact the car rental agency directly with changes or cancellations.

Airline Reservations

Airline reservations are booked through the international travel agent GDS system, directly with the airline. The price of the tickets includes taxes and fees which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities.

All airline reservation bookings must be initiated on-line. You will have the opportunity to make special requests or select special payment options.

Airline tickets are pre-paid and subject to restrictions. Tickets are NOT refundable or transferable, but in most cases are changeable, but changes will result in penalties and possibly increased fares.

Tickets will be sent directly to you, according to your instructions. Once you have received your ticket, you will need to contact the airline directly with any changes or questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

1-If you made a reservation, but did not receive a confirmation screen, your reservation was not completed. You will need to try again. Your reservation is not confirmed, until you receive a confirmation number.

In most cases you will receive an immediate confirmation number, followed by an e-mail. There are cases that if may take longer for your reservation to be confirmed. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation number.

2-All available rates and discounts are posted on the website.

3-There is no printed guide or directory. Our service is an internet based travel service only, plus, rates and information changes on a daily basis.

4-HotelNetDiscount.com does not offer research services or recommendations, beyond what is found on the website.
