How did the HotelNet - Hotel Discount Directory start?
HotelNetDiscount.com started as a free service to both the public and hotel clients as the HotelNet - Hotel Discount Directory in 1996. The site was developed by Lucas Design & Advertising, an Atlanta area based full-service advertising agency specializing in hospitality and tourism. The site started as a free listing service for our hotel clients, but as the site grew, the public asked for more. The site was opened to all hotels in 1997 and the number of hotels listed has grown tremendously.
